Jonny’s grown up with a wife and kids

I always go to see when I get the chance
My very good friends Ben and Kathryn
Ben is an artist and graphic designer
Kathryn a therapist for speech and language
I used to go round and make us dinner
Which was great when I only lived round the corner
They make me feel part of the family
And that means a great deal to me
Hazel is a friend she sings on my recordings
I send her a track, it comes back sounding gorgeous
Tom is a friend, he’s a top musician
We play Simon and Garfunkel for people to sing to
Kirsty is a friend, she’s given me the most
Studio, community, spiritual home
I give her my respect and loyalty
And drop what I’m doing when she needs anything
Got to give a shout out to Adam and Emma
They’ve been there for me since just about forever
To everyone else who hasn’t yet been mentioned
You know who you are so don’t get offended

I haven’t got my own family yet, or a wife
